Gageant que cette \u00ab part \u00bb corresponde encore \u00e0 un besoin de l\u2019entreprise\u2026 et que j\u2019y sois comp\u00e9tent.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ici qu\u2019il est d\u00e9cisif de ne pas se tromper. Je pense que personne n\u2019a assez de recul sur lui-m\u00eame pour faire cela seul, ou alors le probl\u00e8me initial n\u2019en \u00e9tait pas un.<\/p>\n<p>Claude est intervenu dans un tempo parfait, avec une \u00e9coute hors norme et une profondeur qui m\u2019a fait comprendre ce que coaching professionnel et bienveillance signifiaient. Cet accompagnement m\u2019a permis de me recentrer suite \u00e0 une r\u00e9organisation. Je pensais \u00eatre assez bon pour r\u00e9soudre tout seul mes probl\u00e8mes et limitations. J\u2019avais vraiment tort!.<\/p>\n<p>Seulement le fait d\u2019avoir quelqu\u2019un d\u2019haut niveau qui comprend mes probl\u00e8mes et qui peut m\u2019aider \u00e0 prendre recul, avec qui parler ouvertement, est un avantage.<\/p>\n<p>Nos conversations m\u2019ont permis de me rendre compte quels \u00e9taient mes probl\u00e8mes r\u00e9els et quelles \u00e9taient les priorit\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00ab attaquer \u00bb afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer au quotidien et mieux affronter les probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord je voulais me concentrer sur mes capacit\u00e9s de leadership. Mais je me suis rapidement rendu compte qu\u2019il fallait affronter des probl\u00e8mes de communication interne avec mon patron.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons parl\u00e9 de comment r\u00e9soudre ces probl\u00e8mes, s\u2019il \u00e9tait de ma faute ou pas et comment aborder une situation stressante. Toutes nos conversations m\u2019ont beaucoup aid\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, tout n\u2019est pas r\u00e9solu, mais je crois que maintenant je suis plus capable de mieux affronter ces probl\u00e8mes.
